Experience
Post accident evaluation of human factors in highway, rail, rapid transit and
aviation settings. Human Performance Analyst FAA Western Pacific Region. Human
factors consultant to NTSB.
Litigation
Case work has included a high percentage of highway accident evaluation, as
well as rail, and other forms of human/machinery interaction, including safety
methodology evaluation.
Litigation and trial testimony has included visual and auditory performance, Night
vision, design failure, reaction analysis, cognitive processing, drug and alcohol
effects, memory, and reliability of witnesses.
